Testimonials
See what previous clients are saying about ADHD coaching with me.
"My coaching with Anna has been exceptionally helpful with my day to day duties that used to seem like such a big mountain to climb.
With consistent implementation of techniques Anna has taught me and helped me understand; it’s helping me utilise the life skills I was taught years ago but never put to use.
She’s made a massive impact on my life so far. Anna has helped dramatically with my entire output in my life and I feel the weight of the ball & chain of ADHD get lighter with each session.
She is a joy to work with and I would recommend her to absolutely anybody who asks."
Ella (19, awaiting diagnosis)
"Having been recently diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 41 I’m finding ADHD Coaching with Anna to be a real lifeline. It’s helping me to make sense of the new found information I have about how my brain works, and start to see it as a unique part of who I am, rather than an impairment or disability.
Anna explains the common behaviours and challenges of people with ADHD really clearly and helps bring these to life by sharing some of her own experiences which I can often relate to. She’s made me feel really at ease and encouraged me to use her as my cheerleader, helping me to stay accountable between our meetings.
I’ve really liked how each week has had a unique theme to deep-dive into. The self awareness week made me realise what my strengths are and that I might be over-using some of them. Problem-solving week helped me identify my saboteurs and ‘name them to tame them’ (hello hyper-vigilance!) and motivation week helped me to understand why my interest-based brain procrastinates so much and gave me some strategies to try to overcome this.
I’ve valued Anna’s impartial advice and information about things that could support my diagnosis, such as Access to Work, therapy and medication, and it was really helpful to have a conversation early on about what coaching is and isn’t (ie. not a replacement for therapy).
Anna is a really knowledgeable, relatable and supportive coach and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for help and guidance following an ADHD diagnosis."

"My sessions with Anna have really helped me, particularly in clarifying what ADHD is and isn't. All the information she shared is helping me understand that I do have ADHD and it's up to me if I seek a more formal diagnosis.
Anna is so warm & friendly that you definitely feel her cheerleading you along. She is also very knowledgeable and skillful and structures and manages the sessions so professionally. I like that she models good timekeeping and boundaries to support you to be on-time to sessions.

The motivation session in particular helped me totally reframe the way I set out to achieve tasks.
I'd recommend coaching with Anna for everyone, even if you're not sure you have ADHD."
Kathryn, (50, undiagnosed but on the way to self diagnosing)
“I found the sessions to be really useful as I was in a bit of a rut before starting. Anna helped me to work on techniques to improve problem areas. She also gave me confidence by helping to identify where I had been going in the right direction previously. Anna’s friendly manner and examples from her own experience really helped things along.
Thanks again for all your help Anna!"
