About Anna
I bring a combination of qualifications and lived experience that's fairly unusual.
I'm a certified ADHD coach, an OCN Level 5 qualified Workplace Needs Assessor, and CIPD Level 5 qualified in HR Management. I'm also a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Alongside my coaching and consultancy work I have over 25 years of experience in the travel industry, which means I understand corporate environments, people management, and the practical realities of running teams from the inside.
I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism in my 40s. That personal experience of navigating the workplace as a neurodivergent person, without always knowing that's what I was doing, shapes everything I bring to this work.
